Wellness checks
Our wellness checks will be conducted bi-weekly for the first three months to ensure consistent support and monitoring. After this initial period, families can choose to continue the service at their discretion. Please note that this is a monthly fee service designed to promote ongoing well-being and peace of mind.
Medication reviews
This is a monthly medication review designed to ensure that all medications are administered timely and appropriately. During this review, any changes to the plan will be communicated with the family or Power of Attorney (POA). Please note that this service is provided for monthly fee.
Random well checks
Our on-call service is available as needed, providing peace of mind with a flat rate fee of $100.00. Our dedicated nursing staff will conduct a thorough wellness check on the client at their home or facility. We ensure that the client is receiving appropriate care and will keep family members or the Power of Attorney updated on our findings.
